I purchased a CBA digital 120 Gb portable hard drive from Amazon, it came with a mini cd which I cannot play, I have tried to download instructions but am having no joy in this. I am not having any luck in using the hard drive either. I tried to back up my contacts on to the hard drive, but now I can’t open them. Please can you help.
It says ‘one touch’ but nothing comes up on the screen when I connect the drive to the pc.
